As per the instructions of Honourable CM to conduct atleast one grievance cell outside District HQ and in an effort to take the administration to the door steps of the people, a full fledged 'Grievance Redressal Cell' was conducted by the district administration in Muniguda Block office.Dr. Nitin. B. Jawale, IAS Collector & District Magistrate, Rayagada and Sri. Anoop Krishna, IPS, Superintendent of police, Rayagada conducted the grievance cell along with the other district level officers.
There was a good response to it and more than 50 grievances were brought forward, of which atleast 5 were disposed on the spot. The district adminstration will reguraly conduct such 'Outside the District HQ' grievance cell to ease the peoples' burden of travelling long distance for seeking redressal of their grievances.
