In a significant move, the Grievance Cell of Honourable Chief Minister, will be available online from a suitable date in the next month, most likely 15th August. At present the Website is under construction.
As part of the preparatiom for the same, a training programme was held in the DRDA conference hall on 21st July 2010, where the resource person, Sri. P.V.S.S.Gangadhar, District Informatics Officer, NIC, Rayagada and Sri. N. C. Sabar, Dy. Collector, Grievance, Rayagada trained the BDOs, Tahsildars and the different District level officers about this initiative.
The grievances made to the office of Honourable CM will be electronically forwarded to the concerned districts or departments/ offices of government for compliance and the complicance will also be sent through electronic medium.
This great step in accessibility will certainly help people to reach the highest level of governance and in a way ensure a responsive administration.
