WIth the advent of many new Flagship schemes of govt, Collectors fid it difficult to give quality time for the basic review of line depts works. Also in general review meetings reviewof a particular dept. is difficult ot be holistic. Micro reviews have proved to be very useful in this matter as in the informal atmosphere lot of things can be worked out, which are other wise difficult to be acjieved.
